The FACTORY Creative Labs

The FACTORY creative labs offer production and fabrication workspace, tools, materials and instruction for product design, graphic design, illustration, fashion design and light carpentry projects, and a music/media lab with digital resources for music rehearsal, amplified jam, individual instrument recording, video, music, podcast, web and motion-graphic production.

Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, on historic Pearl Street, the Factory’s 3000 square feet multi-use facility is equipped with 3 unique creative lab spaces dedicated to providing a creative path for AIM House participants to learn, play, find their own creative voice, build experience and make things happen.

We offer individualized mentoring and instruction, group classes, and open-lab hours, and an internship program for those interested in a career in design, music, video production, marketing and merchandising. Young designers have the opportunity for products created through the Factory to be marketed and sold as part of the FACTORY|made Creative Trade label, or to be test-marketed and launched through as an independent start-up business. Connect with professional artists, designers and makers who teach at the Factory, share ideas, skills and experience, develop projects from concept to creation, branding to business plan.
