Abby is a Chef at AIM House. Originally born and raised in Pennsylvania, Abby spent most her adult life in New England before moving to Colorado. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Nutrition Sciences from Johnson and Wales University, pairing health conscious food choices with expert culinary technique.
Abby has occupied numerous roles in the culinary industry as a personal chef and as a nutrition and culinary educator to both children and adults. Most recently, she worked as a FoodCorps member in a public school district working to make school food a success. Her favorite part about working with young adults is that they bridge the gap between the fresh perspective of childhood and the experience of adults, they’re full of potential and offer new and interesting ideas. Abby’s hobbies and interests include yoga, nature, gardening, cooking and natural remedies.
